Whisk Broom Making Class September 13th

Join local Broom Maker Tara and learn the Old-Fashioned Art of Broom Making! Tara has been making brooms for 7 years and she’s ready to share her skills with you. Class is September 13th, 1-5 pm at the Rebarchek Agricultural Park in the Colony Barn!

In this class you’ll be making a handy 20 inch plaited handle whisk/hearth broom. Choose from Natural or Black broomcorn for your very own broom. Plus you can choose from several different colored twines for weaving. Your broom will be your own custom handmade project you can cherish and use for years and years! OR give it as a gift to someone who will love it and use it.

Class fee covers all supplies, no extra purchases necessary. This class is for anyone 18 years old and up.
